Did you know:
A water heater change out is required to be performed by an individual with a NC Plumbing License? That's right, it is in our States General Statutes! Not just anyone can perform this work legally, only the homeowner or a licensed plumber. This rule protects you and is for your safety! ......Ask yourself this question: If anything, unfortunate, were to happen, would my homeowner's insurance cover it if I allowed work to be performed by an unlicensed individual that required a license? Is my contractor properly licensed and insured?
As an advocate for your safety, the license holder, and all the work these trade person's put into their license....verify that your plumber is licensed at, www.nclicensing.org.
A little about the owner:
Lesley was born and raised in Mount Mourne. She graduated from South Iredell High School and earned her associate degree at Rowan Cabarrus Community College. She is the mother of 3 kids, serves in her church, and her passion is her family. A true "home girl" by definition!
A little about the name:
The name "Magnolia" derives from a very large magnolia tree that once stood on Lesley's grandparents' property in the Town of Davidson, NC. This Magnolia offered a place for the family to sit in the comfort of its shade. It had low branches that the kids could climb, and it was a really good hiding spot when playing hide-and-go seek with the extended family during the summer. This magnificent tree is now gone but, it still lives on in our memories. The Magnolia symbolizes endurance, perseverance, dignity, and nobility. These items represent our core values as well.
